the room was immaculate. the view offered a perfect scene of the beach. best of all, it had a proper toweling robe.
the pool area was often chaotic with noise levels. the grounds were not always super clean

the gym had adequate equipment for a basic workout session.
My room faced a service area and was quite noisy early each morning. the room itself felt dated. The bathroom fixtures showed wear. also, the air conditioning was not very effective, even after i reported it.

i stayed for several nights. the breakfast buffet was excellent, it offered many fresh options. the pool area had many loungers. eight different restaurants made dining convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful, they offered assistance with any request.
the air conditioning in my room leaked constantly and this make it uncomfortable at times.

The staff were friendly! The breakfast offered LOTS of options. My room was clean and also very quiet. The spa suite concept was new. It provided a high level of privacy.
The servers seemed to ignore me at the pool on two occasions. I noticed they helped other guests set up towels. I did not receive a bucket of ice with water as other families did.
